It took well over two days for Public Works crew members to clear the latest foot of snow that fell on January 27. A number of the town’s highway department employees spent time working on Saturday, January 29, including heavy equipment operator Christopher Capozziello, seen here clearing a sightline along Berkshire Road. The work done over the weekend, and the continued work on Monday and early Tuesday, January 31 and February 1, made cleanup a little easier when a historic winter storm rolled into the area on February 1–2.
