On the morning of Thursday, October 4, members of a City of Danbury public utilities work crew carefully prepared a 13-foot tall statue of Uncle Sam for shipment from Newtown Mulch & Outdoor in Hawleyville to Danbury, where the statue will be displayed in the main lobby at Danbury City Hall.
