Venture Crew members were challenged to work in teams of two and were supposed to create desserts from scratch for the February 25 pasta dinner. Guests were then invited to try any or all of the entries and judge them on taste and presentation. From left is Mara Scallon, who worked with Breanne Lubinsky (not shown) to create the evening’s award-winning chocolate truffles with Heath Bar topping; Rob Russo and Phil Lyon, with their cannolis; and Vik Makayee, with the trifles he had made.
