St Rose eighth grader Patrick Briscoe stands with the Newtown Board of Selectmen after being honored with a proclamation for his work raising funds — one penny at a time — so the Newtown community could be represented among the bricks and pavers at The National September 11 Memorial at the former World Trade Center site in New York City.
