Chef Jay Daly (Chef JDaly LLC) invites guests to a pop-up dinner to be held at Butcher’s Best Market at 123 South Main Street on Sunday, September 22, at 6 pm. He will be offering a seasonal tasting menu including an oyster sampler, piri piri shrimp, arugula, fennel and orange salad, orecchietti pasta, prime rib roast yin yang, assorted Belgian chocolates, and wine tasting with wine supplied by Prestige Wine Imports. Cost is $85 per person. The dinner will kick off Chef JDaly specialized onsite and in-home gourmet dinner party venture. Chef JDaly is an upscale catering business specializing in in-home dinner parties and cooking classes mainly for groups of six to 20 people. A typical dinner will consist of five or more courses selected by the client and Chef Daly, with wine pairing suggestions. He will provide quality products including GMO-free, organic, locally raised and farmed ingredients.
