At about 9:15 am on Wednesday, April 9, volunteer firefighters responded to westbound Interstate 84, about 2,000 feet east of the Tunnel Road overpass, to extinguish some smoldering lumber that had caught fire while in transit on a flatbed tractor-trailer truck.
