Magee, 44, of 2 Saint George Place, Walnut Tree Village was operating a commercial 2008 Ford E-150 van which went out of control, exited the roadway and then struck a utility pole, bringing down the pole and utility lines. Magee was not injured. The incident caused utility outages in the area and temporarily closed section of Walnut Tree Hill Road until repairs were made.
