$Motorist Inna Khmeinitskava, 43, of Southbury, who was driving a 2004 Toyota Matrix station wagon southward on South Main Street about 8:20 am on September 27, stopped for traffic conditions near South Main Street’s northern intersection with Peck’s Lane, police report. Southbound motorist Robert Frangione, 20, of 53 Forest Drive, who was driving a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV, then struck the rear end of the Toyota, police said. Khmeinitskava reported pain, police said. Frangione received an infraction for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, police said. The accident caused travel delays in the area.
