Police Patrol Officer Leonard Penna is again traveling on local roads on a bicycle. The po-lice bicycle patrol is part of the community policing program. For the next three months, Officer Penna will be on bicycle patrol in the town center, at Fairfield Hills, and at Dickinson Park, among other areas.
