Week of November 27, 2015

Women Involved in Newtown (WIN) spent the better part of last Friday in the gathering hall of Newtown United Methodist Church. It was delivery time for the annual WIN Thanksgiving Baskets program, and this year 80 Newtown families benefited from the group’s efforts. A collection of dog treats was also assembled, because everyone in a family is accounted for with the Thanksgiving Baskets Program. (Hicks photo)
