$Police report that motorist Sydney Ellen Hansen, 19, of 118 Toddy Hill Road was driving a 2007 Toyota RAV-4 SUV westward near 35 Buttonshop Road about 11:13 am on October 21, when the vehicle went off the right road shoulder and struck a utility pole. Hansen was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries, police said. Botsford firefighters responded to the incident. Police said they issued Hansen an infraction for making a restricted turn. Replacing the damaged pole required that the eastern section of Buttonshop Road be closed to through-traffic until repairs could be made. (Gorosko photo)$
